As a Business Analyst with 1 to 4 years of experience, your role will involve introducing existing product solutions to clients and gathering their expectations. You will be responsible for mapping client expectations to the functionalities available in the product and services. Your duties will include preparing customization inputs required to meet client expectations. It is essential for you to possess good knowledge of Mobile and Web application development processes and business flows. Additionally, you must have a thorough understanding of system design, analyzing business and user requirements, defining Scope of Work for proposed software solutions, and creating user stories and SRS documentation. Your responsibilities will also include performing market research, gathering, scoping, and writing functional and business requirements for software solutions. You should be proficient in creating Wireframe Mockups using tools like Axure, Proto.io, Balsamiq, Lucidchats, Smartdraw, Invision, and MindMaple. Furthermore, you will be required to develop Logical Flow Diagrams, DFD, Sequence Diagrams, UML Diagrams, and Architecture diagrams for the system to be built. Presenting a suggestion set for a given requirement to enhance the user experience of the software will be part of your role. Experience with Change Management, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Impact Analysis, and Gap Analysis will be advantageous.
