Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with experience in IT Services. The ideal candidate should be skilled in requirement gathering, documentation, and strong client communication to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document), FED (Functional/Front-End Document), and SRS (Software Requirement Specification)
• Coordinate with clients to understand business processes and project expectations
• Act as a liaison between clients and development teams
• Support project planning and requirement validation activities
• Assist in UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Services
• Strong experience in BRD, FED, and SRS documentation
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Good understanding of SDLC and IT project workflows
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into clear functional requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office and requirement management tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
