Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at AIQUANT Technologies located in Kolkata. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and utilizing analytical skills to uncover insights and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in documenting business requirements Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Experience with data analysis and reporting Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques Experience in the technology industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field 3-6 Years of Relevant Experience Skills Business Administration Business Analytics Documentation Defining Requirements Tools: Jira/Confluence, ReQtest, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel or related tools.
