Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and user stories.
Work in Agile/Scrum methodology, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use case documents.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum framework.
Understanding of BRD, FRD, SRS, and user stories.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exposure to SQL, JIRA, or visualization/wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Figma) is a plus.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
