Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and user stories. - Working in Agile/Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use case documents. - Collaborating with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly. - Assisting in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum framework. - Understanding of BRD, FRD, SRS, and user stories. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Exposure to SQL, JIRA, or visualization/wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Figma) is a plus. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
