You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role involves researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive business decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders. - Create detailed business requirements documentation. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong understanding of process modeling and analysis. - Experience with business process improvement methodologies. - Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques. - Hands-on experience with requirements management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
