You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to contribute to the success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Create and maintain project documentation. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Business Requirements Analysis. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Experience in conducting gap analysis and impact assessments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using business analysis tools and software. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals. This position is based at our Mumbai office. A professional degree is required.
