Must have skills : Business Requirements Analysis Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years fulltime education Summary :As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the analysis of business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, objectives, and outcomes. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, ensuring that all requirements are captured and documented accurately. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project progress and ensuring that all requirements are met. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in business requirements analysis. Good To Have Skills:Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business problems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in business requirements analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions.
