Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and process improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive consensus.- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
