Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and process improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive consensus.- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.     Skills:
  • Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA.- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.- Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.- Good To Have

    Skills:
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.- Familiarity with insurance industry processes and systems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
