You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and process improvement. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive consensus.- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA.- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.- Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies.- Familiarity with insurance industry processes and systems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
