Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement.- Conduct business process modeling and simulation.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical.- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.- Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.- Experience in system integration and customization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
