You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and processes. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Create detailed functional specifications and user stories. Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ASP.NET MVC. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders. Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops. Knowledge of process modeling and documentation tools. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. This position is based at our Mumbai office.
