You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to contribute to key decisions and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights for strategic decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub. Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture. Experience in business process analysis and optimization. Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Guidewire DataHub. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
