Project Role Description :Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly defined and aligned with the future state of the business solution. You will engage in research activities to assess the current state of operations and identify opportunities for improvement, ultimately contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.- Develop comprehensive documentation to support business processes and system designs.
