Position: Business Analyst (Mumbai only) Qualification: Engineering Reporting to: Operations Head Job Description: Play a key part in supporting our consultants with client engagements across various industries. You will have the opportunity to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills while gaining valuable experience in the exciting world of business consulting. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Liaise with consultants to gather and document business requirements from clients through interviews, workshops, and data analysis. • Research to understand industry trends, best practices, and potential solutions for client challenges. • Develop clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Create data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders • Participate in project planning activities and maintain project documentation. • Assist with the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Computer (except Civil Engineering) • 0-3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a relevant field (a plus, but not mandatory). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
