Hiring for an experienced Functional Consultant / Senior IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Client Relationship Management within the Banking / CRM / SRM domain.

Role: Functional Consultant / Senior IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

  Capture, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and process gaps.

• Solution Design:

  Collaborate with technical teams to propose scalable IT solutions and recommend system enhancements.

• Process Optimization:

  Identify process inefficiencies and lead reengineering initiatives.

• Quality Assurance:

  Define and review test plans, participate in functional and UAT testing, and ensure defect closure.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Engage with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Business Teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Agile Delivery:

  Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demo sessions.

• Mentorship:

  Guide junior analysts and promote best practices in Agile and Shift Left testing.
