Business Analysis

As a Business Analysis professional at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in the Finance sector. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Markets Treasury (MKTY) & Global Treasury (GT) Business in developing, creating, and maintaining the MKTY & GT Business Architecture repository (Casewise/ARIS) along with the contained artefacts, including process maps. - Providing 1st line support to the business for the effective use of Casewise/ARIS and the Business Architecture framework. - Assisting in the development of Process Modelling capabilities across MKTY & GT. - Ensuring maintenance and alignment of standards to both Group & Treasury standards. - Capturing and documenting end-to-end processes as required by the business. - Identifying improvement opportunities across Treasury through data analysis within Process Modelling tooling. - Supporting Group initiatives, contributing to the development of Group standards, and implementing new practices, processes, and technologies where necessary. - Mentoring/advising business users across MKTY & GT to promote an understanding of business architecture and its value. - Gathering stakeholders" requirements for business process management capability and building use cases to meet those requirements. - Managing the population of the model across asset classes and locations. - Identifying, capturing, and managing associations across architectural components. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3-5 years" experience in business management or risk/control roles within a Treasury organization and/or Markets business. - Ability to map, model, and document end-to-end business processes is essential. - Experience using tools like Visio, Aris, or Casewise for process mapping/modelling. - Strong prioritization skills to deliver services successfully in a diverse and evolving technical and business environment. - Solid process analysis improvement & business optimization skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting requirements effectively. - Understanding of business architecture frameworks and components is preferred. - Experience with Casewise or similar Enterprise Architectural platforms is preferred. - Knowledge of multiple Treasury/investment banking products with an end-to-end understanding of the process is preferred. - Strong relationship management and project management skills, especially when dealing with global stakeholders.
