Business Advisory Associate Manager

As a Business Advisory Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for managing a Supply Chain team focused on delivering various Supply Chain initiatives such as delivery assurance, exception management, and inventory management. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their supply chain goals and align business requirements with systems and process solutions to ensure overall objectives are met. Your role will involve providing analytics knowledge and support to the business process lead, including root cause analysis and what-if analysis in the domains of PO placements, on-time delivery, inventory planning, and exception management. Being part of the Supply Chain Management team, you will be accountable for managing the Supply Chain and providing insights to increase efficiency, eliminate waste, and drive greater profits. This will encompass overseeing the flow of goods and services, as well as managing processes that transform raw materials into final products. In the realm of Order Management, you will be involved in the administration of business processes related to orders for goods or services. Your responsibilities will include assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices related to order creation, order fulfillment, financial settlement, order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability, promise accuracy, fulfillment, provisioning of services, and activation of billing. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, ability to perform under pressure, problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and the ability to establish strong client relationships. In this position, you will be expected to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, understand the strategic direction set by senior management, and interact with peers, management levels, and clients. You will be required to make decisions that impact your team and occasionally other teams, and may manage medium-small sized teams or work efforts.
