As a Senior Travel & Tourism Business Advisor with over 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance to our company in various aspects of the industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Advising management on offers, discounts, and pricing models to enhance our competitive position in the market. - Guiding the creation of marketing and promotional campaigns, both online and offline, to attract customers. - Supporting the establishment of corporate partnerships and B2B tie-ups with companies, hospitals, and institutions. - Providing insights based on competitor analysis and market trends to help shape our business strategies. - Recommending loyalty programs, seasonal promotions, and customer engagement plans for sustained growth. - Building alliances with airlines, hotels, hospitals, travel agents, and service providers to expand our network. - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams on strategic planning and execution for effective results. - Exploring new revenue streams in corporate travel, medical tourism, and international collaborations to drive business growth. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry. - Strong knowledge of air ticketing, train bookings, travel packages, visa services, and medical tourism. - Expertise in pricing strategies, discounts, and marketing techniques. - Proven ability in corporate travel negotiations and establishing partnerships. - Excellent communication, advisory, and analytical skills. - Ability to analyze competitors and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the market.
