We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with experience in inside sales and telesales experience with banking/financial services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and client engagement.
✅ Identify business opportunities and generate new sales through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
✅ Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and product
offerings.
✅ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
✔️ Proven experience in inside sales with 1 -2yrs of experience.
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines effectively.
✔️ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving targets.
✔️ Multilingual candidates are preferred.
