Job Description – Business Advisor

Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and growth-driven Business Advisor to support the company in improving business performance, strengthening processes, increasing revenue, and optimizing overall operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with management, analyze business data, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Growth Planning

• Analyze current business operations, revenue streams, and market performance.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, new products, and service improvements.
• Assist in developing long-term business strategies and action plans.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

2. Operations & Process Improvement

• Review internal workflows across departments (Tours, Air Ticketing, Forex, Accounts, HR, Sales).
• Recommend improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen efficiency.
• Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure implementation.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments where needed.

3. Sales & Revenue Support

• Analyse sales performance and suggest improvements to achieve targets.
• Support the sales team with structured plans, training, and lead-conversion strategies.
• Assist in creating offers, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Track sales KPIs, customer feedback, and overall profitability.

4. Business Development

• Explore and identify partnership opportunities with corporates, vendors, and travel partners.
• Support client acquisition strategies and help prepare business proposals or presentations.
• Assist in improving customer experience and developing loyalty programs.

5. Financial & Performance Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly business reports, sales analysis, and operational insights.
• Track KPIs, costs, revenue growth, and department performance.
• Provide recommendations to management based on data interpretation.

6. Communication & Coordination

• Work closely with all departments for smooth business functioning.
• Present findings, strategies, and growth plans to senior management.
• Ensure execution of approved strategies and monitor outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and business analytics.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
