The Salesforce Administrator II has a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator II is primarily responsible for administration, operational support, and performance tracking for the SSC Salesforce Org(s). The Salesforce System Administrator II collaborates with internal and external technical teams to drive customer onboarding and assists with customer change management and support as required. The Salesforce Administrator II serves as Salesforce SME within the organization. What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce.com administrator for an environment supporting 500 or more users • Experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud • Salesforce Certified Administrator – required • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality with ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, approval processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity • Working knowledge of various products and solutions offered by Salesforce and its partners • Problem-solving abilities to identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to colleagues at various levels within the organization, and to answer questions clearly and concisely • Able to listen and understand customer problems, needs, and issues with the knowledge and the confidence to push back on requests which aren’t in the best interests of the platform. • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud, Business Analyst - preferred Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Any Graduation,12th/PUC/HSC
