Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bulk Hiring Specialist – Recruiter, located in Bhiwandi. The Bulk Hiring Specialist will be responsible for managing high-volume hiring processes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, conducting screening calls, and managing interview schedules. The role involves working closely with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding and effective training of new hires.
