Shift is a logistics aggregator helping D2C brands streamline their shipping with fast, reliable deliveries and real human support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit and engage with inbound sales leads to convert them into active customers
  • Conduct product demos and explain pricing, onboarding, and service benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with D2C brand owners & operations teams
  • Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding & account setup
  • Keep accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions in CRM
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in logistics / SaaS / D2C ecosystem)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing ability
  • Comfortable traveling locally for customer meetings
  • Self-driven with a clear focus on performance and numbers
