In this position, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of corporate events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences. Your attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to delivering exceptional experiences that reflect JLL's commitment to excellence and innovation. What your day-to-day will look like: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various corporate events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event logistics Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently Coordinate venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other event-related services Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners Support the creation of event marketing materials and communications Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports to improve future eventsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications: Experience in corporate event planning within the real estate or professional services industry Knowledge of sustainability practices in event management Proficiency in project management tools and techniques Certification in event planning or management (e.g., CMP, CSEP) Experience with virtual and hybrid event platforms Multilingual skills, with fluency in one or more additional languages Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team membersAt JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
