Role Description

We are seeking a Building Architect for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru East. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning efficient, functional, and aesthetically pleasing workspaces adhering to client requirements and sustainable practices. This includes creating blueprints, collaborating with clients and internal teams, coordinating interior design, and overseeing project execution. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, while consistently working to innovate and enhance the smart building experience IndiQube delivers.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Architectural Design, Space Planning, and Interior Design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability best practices, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze client requirements and transform them into creative, functional designs
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetic design
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; membership in professional associations is an advantage
