Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Office Coordination & AdministrationCoordinate day-to-day office operations and communication between departments, site teams, and management. Maintain and organize project documentation, agreements, files, and correspondence. Handle inward and outward communication with clients, vendors, and government offices. Prepare reports, letters, and follow-ups related to ongoing projects. Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and advocates for project documentation. 2. Project Management Support Assist the project manager in planning, tracking, and monitoring project progress. Maintain project schedules, material tracking, and work progress updates. Support site coordination for work progress, quality checks, and timelines. Follow up with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely completion of work. Ensure compliance with project deadlines and documentation (RERA, PMC, etc.). 3. Documentation & Legal Coordination Manage documents like DAPA, POA, Sale Deed, Agreement to Sale, Allotment Letters, etc. Coordinate with advocates, banks, and clients for loan documentation and registration. Keep records of approvals, permissions, and legal documents related to each project. Support the team in registration, stamp duty, and TDS related formalities. 4. Financial & Client Coordination Assist in preparing demand letters, payment follow-ups, and collection updates. Coordinate with finance teams for payment receipts, client statements, and disbursement status. Liaise with clients for possession, handover, and document completion. 5. Site & Vendor Coordination Communicate regularly with site engineers and supervisors. Manage vendor records, purchase orders, and follow up for timely delivery. Ensure all on-site and office coordination is smooth between the technical and administrative teams. Required Skills: Good knowledge of real estate documentation and project coordination. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / Word / Email correspondence. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Basic understanding of construction processes and timelines.
