Job Title: Junior Electrical Engineer (Female) Location: Chevayur, Calicut Department: Engineering Job Type: Full-time | Entry-Level Reporting To: Senior Electrical Engineer / Engineering Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer (preferably female) to join our engineering team in Chevayur. The role involves supporting senior engineers in the design, documentation, and execution of electrical systems, primarily in industrial or infrastructure-based projects. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or engineers with up to 2 years of experience looking to grow in a supportive technical environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams under the guidance of senior engineers. Support the preparation of technical documentation and specifications. Conduct site visits for data collection, inspections, and verification activities. Assist with AutoCAD drawings, revisions, and project documentation. Coordinate with procurement teams for material lists and technical clarifications. Support in basic calculations related to load analysis and circuit design. Ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards. Participate in training and mentorship programs to build skills and knowledge. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma or B-Tech in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply). Technical Tools: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drawing software. Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations (IEC, IS, etc.) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Preferred Candidate Profile: Female candidates residing near Chevayur, Calicut or willing to relocate.
