Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design enterprise-level BSS/OSS systems Deliver solutions across Lead-to-Cash, Service Assurance, and Network Plan & Build journeys Conduct requirement workshops, gather business needs, and present solution options Work on RFI/RFP responses, consulting decks, and Target Operating Models Partner with product and development teams to build scalable telecom solutions Work with COTS / open-source applications within the telecom ecosystem Design solutions using Event/Data-driven architecture, Microservices, and API integrations
Required Skills & Experience:
1020 years of strong experience in OSS/BSS architecture Deep understanding of BSS/OSS systems for Cellular Mobile or Broadband (Enterprise/Retail) Strong knowledge of COTS applications Solid understanding of enterprise system design and telecom architecture Experience creating consulting proposals and operating models Excellent communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT (Master’s preferred) Good To Have: Knowledge of autonomous networks & closed-loop automation Familiarity with TOGAF, telecom architecture frameworks Exposure to 5G, IoT, and network optimization Experience with DevOps and open-source tools Hands-on skills in Java/Python Experience with DBs: Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra Experience working with network technology stacks
