Job Description

Hiring for Telemarketing Executive Real Estate (Hindi + Tamil)

Role:

Language : Hindi and Tamil

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Candidates must be able to speak both Hindi and Tamil fluently.
Explain real estate project details, pricing, and benefits.
Generate leads and fix appointments / site visits.
Maintain follow-up calls to increase walk-ins.
Update customer interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for conversions.

Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Prior experience in real estate telemarketing is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
