Key Responsibilities:

• MyCom KPI's dashboard designed as per the MS/AIRTEL core/quality Team
• CS CORE /PS CORE/MPBN/IMS/EXFO
• RTPM KPI threshold set designed at MyCom desktop client.
• Web client dashboard and suggested view deigned on MyCom Web Client
• New Node integration with MyCom.
• Adaptor build Supporting data gathering (OEM document) & support to close prerequisites whatever raised by the developer.

Ribbon L1 operation Handling

• Traffic feed validation
• DCE utilization monitoring & migration plan
• New node integration & Migration
• Support to project team during expansion
• Custom dashboard deigned
• Hardware monitoring and E to E fault rectification
• Health check of all DCE & analytics
• support adhoc reporting to USERs
• LLD document update
• IMSI Trace enabling
• Data ingestion Monitoring
• Ribbon Bare metal cloud infra and application Ops management.

Skill Set Required

• Strong Knowlage of Packet Core and IMS VOLTE
• Pacap Trace anaylis of Packet core interface and IMS volte interface and identity the reason of call drop,DL UL packet loss,one way call, mute call,CSFB and HO failure
• Candidate should have linux knowlage and python
• Ribbon Bare metal cloud infra and application Ops management
• Solution Discution for volte and 5GSA & NSA technology and Archickture
• Access switch and NPB switch configuration and monitoring
• Dimensioning of new severs and server procurement
• Project management, BOQ and SOW agreement with Product team
• New feature understanding with network team and checking the feasibility with Product partner.
• Feature testing and KPI validation with Product partner and Operations team
• Access switch and NPB switch configuration and monitoring
• Undersatnding of SIP,Diameter,GTPC protocall,SH,MJ,MI,ISC
• DCE utilization monitoring & optimization plan
• USER management
