Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of
10 field sales executives
to achieve assigned business targets.
Drive
acquisition of new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA)
through open market sourcing.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly revenue targets
through cross-selling of
insurance, mutual funds
, and other third-party financial products.
Ensure high productivity of the team by conducting
daily huddles, performance reviews
, and on-the-job coaching.
Plan and execute
branch-level lead generation activities
and field campaigns to boost business.
Personally meet key customers to build relationships and close high-value CASA accounts.
Monitor team members daily activities, ensure timely follow-ups, and resolve customer issues.
Facilitate
ongoing training
for team members on products, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service.
Recruit and onboard new sales team members to maintain adequate manpower.
Maintain and report key performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:
Minimum 36 years in field sales; at least 1 year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Strong experience in
CASA sourcing
, liability products, and cross-selling financial products.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Must be target-driven, energetic, and customer-oriented.
Should have knowledge of banking operations, compliance norms, and KYC regulations.
