Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Full-Time Hiring Specialist)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring Full-Time / Permanent positions across various technical domains. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a successful track record of closing niche technical roles in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for US Full-Time (FTE) positions
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Conduct initial assessments and submit qualified candidates within deadlines
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection
• Negotiate salary, relocation, and compensation packages with candidates
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
• Ensure compliance with US hiring processes and documentation
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
• Strong experience hiring Full-Time / Permanent roles
• Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
• Expertise in sourcing tools: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience coordinating directly with clients or account managers
