Job Title: B.Sc. Nursing Staff / Registered Nurse (RN)

Department: Nursing

Location : Dehradun.

Reporting to: Nursing Supervisor / Head Nurse

Job Summary:

The B.Sc. Nursing Staff is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and well-being. They are expected to assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor's orders.

Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient’s condition.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Prepare patients for and assist with examinations and treatments.

Maintain hygiene and infection control standards.

Manage medical equipment and supplies in the ward.

Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when necessary.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.

Registered with State Nursing Council (valid license required).

BLS/ACLS certification is a plus.

Experience:

0–3 years of experience preferred (Freshers may apply if permitted).

Salary - 20000 to 30000.

Skills Required:

Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Basic computer skills (for EHR and documentation).

Empathy, patience, and a caring attitude.

Work Environment:

Rotational shifts (morning/evening/night).

May involve standing for long hours, emergency call duties, and interaction with distressed patients/families.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,396.81 per month
