Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer focused on

testing and quality assurance

, you will play a key role in validating the reliability, performance, and accuracy of Brightspeed s AI-driven Circuit Optimization Platform. You ll design and implement robust Python-based test frameworks to ensure the integrity of data pipelines, AI/ML models, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
automated test frameworks
in Python for validating data ingestion, transformation, and normalization processes.
Create
unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites
for AI/ML pipelines, GenAI models, and multi-agent systems.
Validate the
Canonical Circuit Intelligence Graph (CCIG)
for data consistency, traceability, and semantic accuracy.
Develop test strategies for
forecasting models
,
recommendation engines
, and
NLP interfaces
.
Implement
mock services and test harnesses
for simulating external system integrations (e.g., ERP, ticketing, vendor portals).
Collaborate with developers and DevOps to integrate tests into
CI/CD pipelines
and ensure continuous quality.
Perform
regression testing
,
performance benchmarking
, and
failure analysis
across platform components.

Requirements

Required Skills:

Strong Python programming skills with a focus on
test automation
and
QA engineering
.
Experience with
PyTest
,
unittest
, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with
data validation
,
schema testing
, and
mocking techniques
.
Exposure to
AI/ML model testing
, including validation of predictions and explainability.
Understanding of
graph databases
,
REST APIs
, and
cloud-native architectures
.
Experience in telecom or network systems testing is a plus.
