Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Broking Relationship Manager at ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Limited, located in Ranchi. The Broking Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, managing partner performance, and ensuring business growth. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, providing training and support to broker partners, monitoring and analyzing broker performance, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Ranchi
