Branding Coordinator

Job Title: Branding Executive/BRANDING COORDINATOR FOR OPPO KARNATAKA SHOWROOM&SERVICE DEPARTMENT Department: Service & Showroom Location: Bangalore (Base) + Travel Across Karnataka & Delhi Company: OPPO Karnataka Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month + Statutory Allowances + Travel Allowance Job Summary: OPPO Karnataka is looking for a dynamic and responsible Branding Executive to oversee and coordinate branding, interior renovation, and civil works across its service centers and showrooms throughout Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have a background in civil engineering or interior design, with hands-on experience in managing vendors, budgeting, and site execution. Key Responsibilities: Branding & Renovation Execution: Manage and implement branding activities across service centers and showrooms. Coordinate end-to-end interior renovation and civil work processes. Ensure branding materials and office designs are consistent with OPPO’s brand guidelines. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and contractors for civil, interior, and branding-related work. Negotiate costs, fix rates, and prepare budget charts for each project. Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely project delivery. Site Coordination & Travel: Frequent travel across Karnataka for site visits, execution, and monitoring. Travel to Delhi occasionally for meetings and coordination with HO/Design teams. Budget & Material Planning: Prepare and manage budgets related to civil and branding works. Handle procurement and planning of branding and office materials. Design & Compliance: Work closely with the design team to execute layouts and visual branding elements. Ensure all work complies with OPPO's standards and safety/statutory regulations. Qualifications: Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience in interior works, branding, civil coordination, or vendor management. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of civil/interior works and materials. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel frequently across Karnataka and occasionally to Delhi. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Compensation & Benefits: Monthly salary up to ₹35,000 (based on experience). Statutory allowances (PF, ESI, etc.).
