Branding and Marketing Manager - Nutrition & Wellness

As a Marketing & Branding Manager at Jolly Group of Companies, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the high-potential Nutrition and Wellness market. Your strategic mindset and expertise will be key in developing a powerful brand that resonates with our audience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and execute brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans for nutrition products - Analyse market trends, develop compelling campaigns, and drive consumer engagement - Lead cross-functional teams and manage product launches - Oversee influencer marketing, media planning, and PR initiatives - Plan and execute 360 marketing across digital, e-commerce, and retail channels - Lead high-impact, data-driven performance and digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, SMM, email) - Launch go-to-market strategies and manage marketing budgets - Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years branding/marketing experience in FMCG, sports nutrition, wellness, or consumer goods - Deep industry knowledge and passion for fitness/wellness - Strategic, data-driven, proven leadership in scaling brands - Strong marketing, analytics, P&L, and content creation skills - Experience with Google Analytics, Ads, CRM, and marketing automation In addition to the above, Jolly Group of Companies is a diversified enterprise with successful ventures in textiles, import-export, ceramics, hospitality, construction, and finance.
