Brand Strategist

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to be part of the New Brands team at Honasa. Someone who can shape strong ideas, write with clarity, and bring creative thinking to life. This role sits at the intersection of brand, copy, and communication; and requires turning insights into ideas & ideas into effective content. A plus if the candidate has past experience in working with perfume brands or has genuine curiosity in the fragrance & perfume industry of India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft brand’s core copy, writing guidelines & content pillars
• Proficient in short form & long form copy like product descriptions, A+, listing, scripts, performance ads and social captions
• Define direction and write copy for channels like brand, product, website, ecommerce - Quickcommerce and Meta
• Develop big campaign ideas, creative territories, and brand narratives
• Partner closely with designers, videographers, editors & with external brand & revenue functions
• Be comfortable representing the brand on camera

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of college degree
• 4-7 years of strong copywriting background preferably with an advertising agency or brand’s internal creative team
• Excellent command in written & spoken English
• Experience on camera or creating content is a definite plus
