Role Overview: You will be responsible for educating CSRs on Telecom brand core values, increasing brand recognition, and providing subject matter expertise on new products, pricing, promotions, incentives, and other initiatives. Your role will involve raising brand awareness, enhancing performance, and improving the CSR experience by promoting why Telecom is the brand of choice. Key Responsibilities: - Raise brand awareness and knowledge among CSRs - Increase performance by engaging with CSRs effectively - Enhance the overall CSR experience - Educate CSRs on Telecom brand core values - Build Telecom brand recognition - Provide subject matter expertise on new products, pricing, promotions, and incentives Qualifications: - Any Graduates Additional Details: This is an On-Site Opportunity with US Shifts (> 24x7) and a 5-day working schedule.
