Job Description

Are you always on top of how brands are evolving? Do you have a keen eye for what connects with audiences?

We’re looking for a Brand Specialist to help build, manage, and grow EventoQ’s brand presence. You will develop and implement marketing strategies, create brand guidelines, and analyse market insights to understand consumer behaviour and preferences in the event-tech space.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing team and coordinate across departments to ensure consistent brand positioning in all touchpoints, helping EventoQ stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand management strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across digital, print, and offline channels.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform brand positioning and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Oversee EventoQ’s online presence (social media, website) ensuring brand consistency.
  • Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Create and manage content calendars with the marketing team for social and digital channels.
  • Develop relationships with media outlets and influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights.
  • Support the execution of event-related branding ensuring a unified brand experience across vendor and customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or public relations (preferably in tech, startups, or event-related industries).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with market research, consumer analysis, and brand positioning.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for building brands that connect with people.
