Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the electrical industry to effectively guide customer decisions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with various departments to meet customer demands in a timely and efficient manner.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and help them find products by showing the samples on the Product panels.
Answering questions about products, features, and benefits, and making recommendations.
Operating a point-of-sale (POS) system, handling payments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Informing customers about promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Addressing customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Identify and generate new sales leads to drive business growth and increase market presence.
Follow up with prospects, convert leads into sales opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of electrical products and solutions.
Proven experience in sales or customer handling, ideally within the electrical or related industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in managing product displays or store operations.
