Brand Relationship Executive

As a Sales Executive at Vashi Integrated Solutions (VISL), your primary responsibility will be to maintain and increase sales of our company's products. Collaborating with the Business Manager, you will set annual sales targets and work diligently to achieve them successfully. By driving the team towards maximum monthly incentives through Sales Performance Monitoring Programs, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales performance. Your role will also involve improving quotation conversion rates by engaging in consistent follow-ups with potential clients. Generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base will be essential tasks to contribute to the geographical expansion of the VISL brand into new areas or locations. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is key, and you will be expected to promptly resolve any customer complaints that may arise. Additionally, collecting and reporting regular customer feedback on our products and services will be part of your routine tasks. Responding to customer inquiries related to the brand or business segment and following up on existing inquiries to ensure successful conversion will also be vital aspects of your role.
