Job Description

Job Summary:

Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (water purifiers & geysers).
Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and ongoing promotions.
Prepare quotations and assist in the sales closure process.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom.
Maintain sales records and provide daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with the service/installation team for post-sale support.
