Industry: Smart Home Automation / Electrical Products Product: Smart Control Switches (Remote Control Sensors) About the Role MMG Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Promoters & Sales Executives who can drive awareness, generate leads, and boost sales for our innovative smart control switches . The ideal candidates should be passionate about sales, good at communication, and eager to grow in the home automation industry. Key Responsibilities Brand Promotion Promote MMGs smart control switches at residential complexes, retail stores, tech events, and customer locations. Demonstrate product features to customers and educate them about benefits and usage. Build strong product awareness to increase brand visibility and recall. Sales & Lead Generation Approach potential customers, identify their needs, and pitch suitable smart switching solutions. Maintain and follow up on leads generated from field activities, marketing campaigns, and referrals. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Manage on-ground sales activities and maintain proper documentation. Customer Interaction Provide product demos and basic installation guidance. Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction. Maintain long-term relationships with customers and retail partners. Reporting Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads and conversions Update sales tracker and report performance to the Sales Manager. Required Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Basic understanding of electrical or smart home products (training will be provided). Convincing ability and confidence to interact with customers. Good attitude, disciplined work approach, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and in a team. Eligibility Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate.
