Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Leadership


  • Develop a

    scalable GTM roadmap

    aligned with paid, organic, and partnership-driven growth.
  • Oversee performance marketing, paid media strategy (Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube).


🤝

Brand & Designer Partnerships

  • Lead the

    onboarding and growth of fashion labels

    — build relationships with designers, homegrown brands, and boutique founders.
  • Negotiate and execute

    win-win partnerships

    that drive revenue and visibility.
  • Identify and curate

    hero brands

    for exclusive VYLA edits or co-branded drops.
  • Maintain brand health, product curation, and collaboration ROI tracking.

Influencer, Creator & Stylist Collaborations

  • Build a tiered influencer strategy — from

    macro fashion voices

    to

    micro creators

    who authentically align with VYLA.
  • Secure collaborations with

    stylists, editors, and fashion colleges (NIFT, Pearl, etc.)

    .
  • Design

    ambassador programs

    and reward-based partnerships to fuel community-driven marketing.
  • Oversee creative briefs, campaign content, and storytelling consistency across influencers.

Strategic Growth & ROI

  • Track and optimize key KPIs:

    CAC, ROAS, AOV, repeat rate, and engagement.

  • Create measurable frameworks for all collaborations, every campaign should tie back to growth.
  • Lead the

    affiliate, ambassador, and PR collaboration network

    to multiply organic reach.
  • Build brand visibility across

    digital media, fashion magazines, and retail events.

Collaborations & Experience Marketing

  • Conceptualize and execute

    co-branded events, and digital showcases

    with select fashion labels.
  • Partner with

    luxury hotels, PR agencies, and event collectives

    to build VYLA’s aspirational offline presence.
  • Develop

    editorial partnerships

    (Harper’s Bazaar, Grazia, Vogue India, LBB) for feature placements.




🎯 Who We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years

    of experience in

    growth, brand marketing, or partnerships

    within

    fashion, D2C, lifestyle, or creative agencies.

  • Strong network within the

    fashion, influencer, and brand ecosystem

    the ability to open doors instantly.
  • Proven track record of

    executing successful brand collaborations or influencer-led launches.

  • Hands-on understanding of

    digital growth, media buying, and campaign performance.

  • A creative eye for aesthetics and storytelling — combined with commercial acumen
  • Above all

    a lover for fashion & homegrown brands

    .
  • Familiar with

    homegrown fashion brands

    and excited about India’s evolving fashion scene.
