Goldenbridge search has been mandated to hire a brand packaging designer for a client that is redefining what high-performance haircare looks like for Indian hair. Backed by biotechnology and scientific precision, our formulations are designed specifically for Indian hair and weather—delivering results global brands weren’t built to offer.

We started in salons, earning the trust of top stylists across India, and are now scaling rapidly through our direct-to-consumer launch.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop packaging for a growing product range.
• Collaborate with product, sourcing, and brand teams to translate product stories into premium, tactile packaging experiences.
• Own the complete packaging process—from concept and design renders to production-ready artworks.
• Partner with vendors and manufacturers to ensure material feasibility, finish precision, and color accuracy.
• Develop packaging guidelines, deadlines, and mockups for consistent execution.
• Ensure every element of packaging reflects a premium yet modern design identity.
• Stay ahead of trends in materials, sustainability, and structural innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in packaging design for personal care or premium consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio across materials (bottles, tubes, cartons, kits, and gift boxes).
• Deep understanding of print processes, finishes, and production constraints.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D visualization/render tools.
• Excellent eye for color, typography, and texture.
• Experience working on luxury or D2C beauty packaging is a strong advantage.
