Job Description

As a Brand Monetization & PR Manager at SFL, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to generate revenue from the company's assets, products, and services. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing the market, benchmarking against competitors, and creating a roadmap for monetization initiatives. You will need to take ownership of achieving revenue targets by developing pricing models, creating revenue forecasts, and optimizing monetization funnels using data and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategy and opportunities by analyzing the market and creating a roadmap for monetization initiatives - Own P&L and revenue targets by developing pricing models, revenue forecasts, and optimizing monetization funnels - Identify, negotiate, and build strategic relationships with external partners, advertisers, and agencies - Oversee the implementation and optimization of various monetization channels such as subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertising, and sponsored content - Utilize data analytics to track key metrics, analyze user behavior, and measure the performance and ROI of monetization campaigns - Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer experience departments to align monetization initiatives with company objectives In addition to brand monetization, you will also be responsible for Public Relations (PR) activities, which include developing and executing integrated communications plans, maintaining media relationships, managing high-level relationships with journalists and influencers, pitching story angles, planning media events, and managing special projects and events. Qualification & Skills Required: - 3+ years of proven experience in monetization, digital advertising, ad tech, or a related field - Strong business and financial acumen with a deep understanding of business models, profit and loss, pricing strategy, and financial forecasting - Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities - Technical proficiency in advertising platforms, ad networks, and data analysis tools - Strong PR understanding and experience handling Media Agencies At SFL, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, sports-driven environment, directly impacting the digital growth of a rising sports-tech brand.
