The opportunity

The position is for a campaign executive Europe West Region FS at EY GDS (Global Delivery Services) in India within the Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) unit. This position supports EYs strategic goal of becoming the most trusted professional services firm by delivering distinctive marketing and communication that drives measurable market impact.
The BMC team comprises over 2,000 professionals dedicated to various functions, including brand management, marketing strategies, public relations, corporate communications, and digital channels. The newly formed Europe West Financial Services combines three existing regions to enhance collaboration across borders and better serve clients by aligning marketing programs with business priorities. This structure addresses the needs of the Top 230 accounts, focusing on sector-specific strategies and creating value through integrated marketing campaigns.
The campaign executive will play a pivotal role in the Integrated Go-To-Market (IGTM) strategy, designing and executing marketing programs that advance EY s brand presence and foster client relationships conducive to growth.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborating with BMC leaders and other stakeholders to tailor marketing initiatives that align with the regions strategic priorities.
  • Overseeing marketing program operations from inception through to execution, creating audience-focused content across various channels.
  • Partnering with brand, digital, and communication teams to ensure cohesive integration of marketing efforts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Working with Global Delivery Services and outsourcing resources to ensure efficient implementation of programs.
  • Applying industry best practices to enhance market impact, alongside regular performance reporting and improvement through data analytics.
  • Traveling within the region is also expected as part of the role.
  • Support coordination with service line, regional, sector BMC teams on content dissemination
  • Create reporting and overall status overview on the performance of the campaigns for Europe West leaders and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule. Also, perform Project Asset Management for keeping the documents up to date.
  • Support other day-to-day activities and monitoring around digital program, including the information mailbox, media tracking tools, social feeds, and addressing needs as appropriate
  • Maintain reports to monitor progress of projects and placement of postings

  • Project Management experience ideally professionally qualified
  • End to end campaign management and execution experience

  • Quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal audience, core offerings and our clients issues and agendas across sectors, service lines and geographies, globally
  • Help drive change, innovation, process automation and continuous improvements across the organization

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to set and achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities to engage with senior leaders effectively.
  • Solid understanding of EYs business model and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Robust technical marketing background and strong project management capabilities.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience in a global environment with a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and a comprehensive understanding of various marketing disciplines, particularly digital marketing.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Ideally, you ll also have

  • Proficiency in additional languages within the Europe West scope is preferred.
  • Experience connecting business development efforts with marketing strategies to foster sales pipeline growth, particularly in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, automotive, technology, energy, health, and private equity.
  • B2B marketing skills, with experience in professional services or similar industries
  • Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge
