Role Summary
Gamlaa Bioscapes, a leading green solutions partner for corporate workspaces, is looking for a creative and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to strengthen its brand identity, increase market visibility, and drive growth in client engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and support business development goals.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer and competitor trends relevant to greenery, landscaping, and corporate wellness sectors.
Conceptualize, plan, and lead effective marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels, ensuring consistency with the Gamlaa Bioscapes brand voice.
Collaborate with business development, creative, and operations teams to create compelling marketing materials and customer engagement activities.
Measure, report, and improve campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI metrics for continuous optimization.
Oversee content creation for social media, email newsletters, website, and other platforms,
maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and external agencies for campaign execution and promotions.
Support the development, launch, and positioning of new service offerings, campaigns, or product lines.
Qualifications Skills
3+ years experience in brand management, marketing, or equivalent roles, preferably in B2B, corporate landscaping, or wellness sectors
Experience working with B2B brands or service-based organizations.
Familiarity with CRM tools, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation software.
Creative problem-solving skills and a curiosity for new marketing trends.
