Brand & Marketing Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpointsBuild customer understanding through research, insights, and feedback loopsLead both ATL and BTL initiatives to increase brand visibility and recallOwn digital marketing efforts: performance campaigns, social media, and contentCraft compelling brand narratives and campaigns that connect with customersWork closely with sales and growth teams to ensure brand efforts translate into business resultsManage budgets effectively and track ROI across brand and marketing initiativesIdentify partnerships, collaborations, and activations that strengthen the brandWhat We’re Looking For6-7 years of experience in brand and marketing roles (consumer-facing brand experience preferred, FMCG/F&B/D2C is a plus)Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing channels and how to integrate themAbility to craft narratives and communication that stand out in a cluttered marketCustomer-first mindset with a mix of creative flair and analytical sharpnessHands-on and execution-driven, while also able to think long-term about brand positioningComfort working in a fast-growing, resourceful environment where you’ll wear multiple hatsWhy Join UsThis is a chance to help shape a brand from the ground up.
